Postage and Dues

If you pay our products with credit card, transfer or prepayment (pay down only via registered mail) the following costs result:

3,00 EUR or 3,00 USD (Germany)
6,00 EUR or 6,00 USD (Europe)
11,00 EUR or 11,00 USD (overseas)


There won't be any more cost!

The despatch takes place as correspondence.

In order to save freight charges, we will copy in the case of supplies outside of Germany if necessary more than one movie one a tape.

If you are not at home and the postman cannot deliver the package, then usually a notification of the post office lies in your mail box. You'll have 7 days to fetch your consignment from the post office, afterwards this is usually sent back to us.

The same applies if a wrong or incomplete address is specified.

COD or Remittance

With cash-on-delivery parcel we collect following charges additionally:

The C.O.D. parcel is only possible into the following countries and also not to p.o. boxes:

Belgium, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, San Moin'no, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, pc. Pierre and Miquelon, Turkey, Tunisia, Hungary, Vatican City, Cyprus

Package

We use exclusively commercial tapes (SGH). These are either in the original box or a neutral white hard box.


On the neutral gusseted wallet is simply sticker with the print

Delivery-Times


Dispatch of the films takes place from Monday to Friday to 05:00 pm.Delivery time of the films: Germany 1 to 4 days after receipt of the order, except Saturday, Sundays and holiday.

Europe: approx. 3 to 7 days
overseas: approx. 5 to 8 days


Orders that arrive us on weekends, will be given to the post office on Monday mornings. Often customers receive their films in less than 24 hours.
